Having always been active as a youth, Charlie first received chiropractic care to help with the aches and pains associated with bodybuilding training and working as a personal trainer.

After moving to the UK, Charlie spent 5 years training to be a chiropractor at the prestigious Anglo-European Chiropractic College (now AECCUC). He also completed post-graduate training following his chiropractic program with the Royal College of Chiropractic and AECCUC.

When he isn’t working with patients or teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family. Further, he enjoys keeping active with running, the gym, mountain walking, and DIY.

Jenn spent most of her childhood on horseback enjoying dressage and cross country riding amongst other sporting pursuits. This active childhood led her to receive sports therapy and chiropractic care from the age of 14 for the treatment of hip pain. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in the field.

Jenn has advanced qualifications in sports and remedial massage therapy, dry needling, mat and reformer pilates, and pre-/post-natal pilates instruction. She also holds bachelors degree in Human Science.

When she isn’t working with patients or teaching Pilates, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family. Further, she enjoys keeping active with mountain walking and gardening.

After growing up as an active child with a keen interest in a multitude of sports, Kieran discovered Chiropractic care for injury recovery after studying biology and physical education in sixth form. This interest led him to spend 5 years studying the profession at the highly regarded Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales.

During his time at university, Kieran was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes which was an experience that transformed his outlook on life and reinforced the critical value of prioritising health. This also gave him first-hand experience with how Chiropractic can provide a broad selection of healthcare options tailored to support people on an individual basis.

When he isn’t working with patients, Kieran has a strong passion for running and training. He spends a lot of time watching many different sports including football, mixed martial arts and athletics. In addition to this, he enjoys his new hobby of taking Jiu Jitsu classes here at MOVE.

Gwen has been active from an early age, starting judo when I was 7. Since then, she has achieved dozens of national medals and has been on GB pathway since she was 15.

This early exposure has led me to my interest in helping people be healthy.

She obtained her degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy at Wolverhampton University as a sport scholar. During her degree, she found interest in female health and went on to complete her dissertation on how the menstrual cycle affects training.

Outside of MOVE, she enjoy keeping active such as walking, especially with her dog, or swimming. She also loves crafts, such as knitting and crochet.

Joy graduated from university in Wales after studying history. She has a keen eye for all things text, thoroughly enjoying reading and creative writing.

During this time, she developed a love for paddleboarding and hiking and grew to appreciate first hand the benefits of regular exercise. This led her to develop an interest in personal health and the impacts which fitness, diet and lifestyle choices can have on an individuals well-being.

In her spare time Joy is an enthusiastic weekend rambler, often exploring a new corner of the Shropshire Hills or Cannock Chase. She also loves to watercolor and is passionate about her (many) houseplants!

Katy has always been active, first put into dance classes at 5 years old and enjoying all sports offered throughout school. Continuing with dance, she gained experience teaching for a variety of ages and enjoyed a year as resident choreographer at a local theatre company. She still continues her training under the guidance of retired Royal Ballet professionals.

As with most dancers, the intensive work came with injuries which was how she was first came to MOVE. Starting with physio appointments and then finding the benefits of regular reformer classes, she was converted and was offered the opportunity to train with Jenn as a reformer instructor.

Katy now teaches regular classes at MOVE. inspired by both her love of movement and the benefits of strength training.
