6 treatment massage and chiropractic packages can only be used by one person. 

10 treatment follow-up packages can be shared amongst family/friends (if pre-arranged).  

All packages are to be used within 18 months from the time of purchase.  

Refunds are available. 

If a refund is required for whatever reason, the balance of the package will be refunded less the discount applied when purchasing the package. 

This is an example of a refund applied to a package:

 Chiropractic package for 6 treatments is £324 (10% saving). If you receive 4 follow-ups your remaining balance would be £108. If at this time you require a refund, you would be refunded the remaining balance less the initial 10%discount for the treatments - £72
