Please find details below regarding our cancellation policy. Further please note this largely pertains to late cancellations, late moves, and missing of appointments.
If you require to move or cancel your appointment and are giving us more than 24 hours notices simply call, email, or cancel/alter your appointment online. We never charge for a regular change in the treatment plan with over 24 hours notice.
We charge 50% of the booked fee for late cancellation or moved appointments. This should not be seen as a penalty but is applied because we have fixed running costs. Further, late cancellations, moves, and misses often deprive another patient of a slot.
We understand things happen as forgive the charge on a case-by-case basis. Typically we do not accept work commitments or normal childcare commitments as a valid reason to late cancel or move the appointment. If you are ill and think you are contagious, please get in touch at your earliest convenience to re-arrange your appointment.
