Weβve had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes, including Team GB competitors in Judo, Ironman, and other disciplines, professional cricket players, and ice hockey athletes. At the same time, we support amateur and recreational athletes across sports such as ultramarathons, badminton, football, and tennis, helping them train safely, prevent injury, and achieve their goals.
We also work with young, aspiring athletes who are transitioning into more demanding sports as they grow. By providing guidance on movement, training load, and injury prevention, we help them develop a strong foundation, train effectively, and move towards their sporting potential with confidence.
